Dr. Kimberly Colclough is a visionary educator, researcher, and consultant dedicated to empowering Black women in higher education and leadership. With a Doctorate in Educational Administration and Leadership from St. John’s University, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in mentorship, professional development, and community engagement.

Dr. Colclough has presented her research on mentorship and leadership advancement at prestigious international conferences, including the Twenty-Fourth International Conference on Diversity in Organizations, Communities & Nations in Lisbon, Portugal, and the Twenty-Fourth International Conference on Knowledge, Culture, and Change in Organizations. She has also been a featured speaker at the Black Doctoral Network Annual Conference and the Adelaide L. Sanford Institute Conference.

Her work has been published in the NYAPE Research Journal and in Pursuing Equity and Success for Marginalized Educational Leaders. She is an active member of professional organizations such as the American Educational Research Association (AERA), where she will present at the 2025 Annual Meeting, and continues to advocate for inclusive leadership and equity in higher education.

Through Future Her Consultant LLC, Dr. Colclough is committed to equipping women with the tools, strategies, and networks needed to navigate and excel in their careers. Whether through workshops, mentorship programs, or leadership training, her mission is to cultivate a future where Black women thrive in every professional space.
